Hotel Service Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a hotel services coordinator who will play a versatile role in the hotel's daily operations. The hotel is located in Central Finland and primarily serves international travelers, regularly hosting large groups of Chinese tourists. Duties include reception work, guiding guests, basic room cleaning, maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, reporting minor repairs, communicating with tour groups, providing customer service, laundry, restocking supplies, and assisting other staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping, room checks, basic cleaning duties

• Communication with international guest groups
