JOB SUMMARY

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
Respond promptly to a variety of guest requests, including the set up of extra beds and baby cribs, providing shoe shine service, delivery of bed and bath linen, guest amenities, and coordination of laundry pick-up services.
