Job Description
Qualifications
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries according to established standards and procedures
- Supervise public areas and maintain all equipment in proper working condition
- Respond promptly to guest requests and reports of damage or malfunction
- Maintain accurate section floor reports and room status records
- Report unusual activities or behaviour to the Executive Housekeeper and assist with team performance assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years in a housekeeping supervisory role within a midscale or premium hotel environment
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera Cloud preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities with strong problem-solving skills
