Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests & Quality
- Supervise and prepare the housekeeping of all resort public areas to 5*-Forbes standards
- Supervise and prepare housekeeping of resort bedrooms to a 5-star-Forbes standard
- Supervise and assist with washing and ironing of guest laundry – Forbes standard
- Communicate with guests during their stay so their expectations are exceeded.
- Supervise and Assist with Turndown service to a +1 Forbes-standard
- Quality check arrival bedrooms to ensure ready for arrival and exceed expectations.
