Housing Concierge

Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw). Exeter city centre based, with free on‑site parking.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a dedicated night worker who thrives on night work and won’t fall asleep on the job! Your job will be to keep our customers safe, our buildings secure and pleasant places to be, and to maintain good relations with our neighbours.
Responsibilities
- Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
- Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning.
- First line of support for our customers when the wider team or their own support network isn’t around to help.
- Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly.
- Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti‑social behaviour.
