About The Role
We are currently looking for a Solicitor to join our Housing Management team due to continued growth and success.
Our Housing Management team has seen significant growth in the last 10 years and is one of the firm’s fastest growing teams, acting for Registered Providers and Local Authorities. The team is also recognised in Legal 500 & Chambers directory rankings and has been for a number of years. We continue to be appointed to some of the largest national and regional frameworks.
Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:We act for many registered providers of social housing and local authorities; you will be dealing with a wide range of issues covering all aspects of their housing management functions including:
- Litigation and advisory work
- Possession proceedings including anti-social behaviour, sub-let, failed succession and trespass
