Employment Type:  Full-time (Permanent) Department:  Housing Services Union: Excluded Salary: 55,000 - 58,000 CAD annually File #:  26-HS-04 (1 OPEN) Posting Date:  March 18, 2026 Posting Close: March 31, 2026 Reason for vacancy: New Position Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager, Housing Services, or such other persons as deemed necessary by the agency, the Housing Tenancy Coordinator is responsible for leading the full intake and tenancy life cycle for the building, from vacancy postings and eligibility verification through tenant matching and move-in.

The Intake Coordinator works closely with the Housing Supports and Property Management teams to coordinate viewing, tenant interviews, lease signings, and warm transfers to on-site and community supports.

The Housing Tenancy Coordinator also leads annual rent-geared-to-income renewals and participates in case conferencing, maintaining accurate tenant records and documentation.
