Main Job Responsibilities:
+ Ensure adherence to the production schedule by verifying programming and confirming that planned activities are executed as required.
+ Respond to emergencies, support problem ‑ solving, investigate and analyze issues, and initiate or recommend corrective actions for deviations and variables affecting schedules, costs, quality, and other factors.
+ Prepare and analyze required documentation (e.g., production reports, log sheets, etc.).
+ Submit requisitions for tools, equipment, and suppliers needed for production operations.
+ Coordinate production area resources to ensure efficient performance.
+ Review new product plans and discuss equipment needs and modifications with design engineers.
+ Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, reduce operating costs, and increase the efficient use of labor and materials.
