Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in HR functions across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, documentation etc).
  • Prepare HR letters (employment contracts, confirmations etc.) and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records.
  • Maintain records of staff certifications, training courses (e.g., SSIC, hot work), and entry passes; ensure timely renewal and schedules updates.
  • Perform data entry for leave, medical leave, and staff claims (overseas and local) if any.
  • Handle employee queries on HR matters professionally.
Administrative Support
  • Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via WPOL
  • Arrange travel-related matters (visas, air tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance etc)
