Job Description
- Build and lead the HR function from scratch in a fast-scaling AI startup environment.
- Partner directly with founders and leadership to design HR policies, performance frameworks, and culture initiatives.
- Drive recruitment across technology and commercial roles while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Main Job Requirements
- Strong startup or scale-up HR experience (essential).
- Experience hiring across technology and commercial functions.
- Background in technology-driven businesses.
- Proven ability to partner directly with founders and senior leadership.
- Experience developing HR policies, performance management frameworks, and culture strategies.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law (regional or global exposure is an advantage).
- Commercially aware, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
