HR Analyst II

Insight Global is looking for an HR Analyst II to provide day-to-day operational payroll and year-end tax support within a large corporate environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, supporting complex payroll scenarios, and delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage year-end processes, expatriate payroll activities, audits, and executive-level payroll support. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in Canadian payroll compliance within enterprise HR systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3–4 years of overall experience in payroll, HR operations, or a related analytical role.
