Overview

Randstad Interim Inc. is offering an unpaid, bilingual (French & English) Co‑op Work Placement Program for the Summer 2026 term (May – August). The position is hybrid and can be full‑time (minimum 30 hours per week) or part‑time (minimum 20 hours per week). It is designed for students enrolled in a Human Resources, Marketing, or Administration program who are required to complete Co‑op hours as part of their studies.

Duties

• Work onsite with the client to support daily recruiting and HR functions.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Assist onsite managers with day‑to‑day activities and client deliverables.
• Source talent, conduct reference and background checks, screen resumes, and interview candidates.
• Help with payroll, employee relations, engagement, health and safety incident reporting, orientation and onboarding of new hires.
