HR Asia Background Screening Analyst, Officer (Fixed Term)

Job Overview

The HR Asia Background Screening Analyst 1 – APAC (Hybrid) position provides operational support for internal and external candidates across the Asia Pacific Region. As a member of the Background Screening team, responsibilities include record documentation maintenance, candidate and employee contact, daily administrative tasks, case reviews for background screening, and liaison with internal partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end background screening activities.
• Adhere to and maintain compliance with the Global Background Screening Program.
• Provide operational support to supervisors, managers, and senior leadership within the workgroup.
• Review, process, transact, maintain and update assigned background screening candidate cases.
• Work directly with candidates and employees subject to background screening.
