Join a team that delivers critical HR services supporting the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC): COLSA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Human Resources In-Processing & Benefits Caseworker to support our government customer through the delivery of HR services at the NSSC. In this role, you will guide new and current employees through onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employment lifecycle processes while providing outstanding customer service and ensuring compliance with federal HR regulations.
Please Note: This is a temporary/casual, remote position anticipated to continue through approximately December 2026. The position is subject to applicable Wage Determination/Service Contract Act requirements.
