JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle data entry and maintain employee records.
- Manage dormitory arrangements and worker matters.
- Prepare payroll, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist with work permit and site pass documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and HR administrative documents.
- Liaise with workers, supervisors, and external parties on HR matters.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent and above with 2-3 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word.
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast learner.
- Has initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Transportation pick- up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer.
