HR Business Partner - Abbotsford, BC

Transdev Western Canada is looking for an HR Business Partner in Abbotsford. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will be a key player in achieving Transdev’s business objectives and providing operational support to Western Canada operations.

Your role

• Serve as a trusted advisor, partner and coach to business leaders and managers across the Western region, providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee and labour matters (performance management, progressive discipline, collective agreement interpretation, duty to accommodate).
• Advise on risk and support operations leaders through the grievance management process, providing assessment and professional advice at each step.
• Support and mentor leaders in conflict‑resolution situations as required.
