HR Business Partner (Blue collar)

At Nexans, people and performance go hand in hand. At our Grimsås site in Sweden , we are looking for an HR Business Partner for our blue‑collar workforce to support our operational organization and contribute to a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace.

In this role, you will work closely with site management, first‑line managers, union representatives, and the Swedish HR team. You will act as a trusted partner, supporting both day‑to‑day operational HR matters and longer‑term people and organizational development.

The position is based on‑site in Grimsås, Sweden, and reports to the HRBP Manager Sweden.
