The HR Business Partner supports the rollout of HR and Corporate Functions programs and transformation initiatives, helping employees, managers, and teams adopt new ways of working. This hands‑on, execution‑focused role supports change activities, training and onboarding programs, and day‑to‑day program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of the HR/Corporate transformation roadmap, including coordination, communications, and adoption activities.
• Track timelines, milestones, and action items for HR programs and change initiatives.
