What you will do
The HR Business Partner / HR Manager will have responsibility for providing all Human Resource solutions to their customer groups within Netherlands, reporting directly to the HR Director for the Benelux region. As an HR Business Partner / HR Manager, you will be supporting all employees within your remit and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
How you will do that
Provide HR support to leaders and employees to drive talent, inclusion, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
Streamline and align HR operations to optimize support and implement HR strategies and systems.
Advise managers on compensation, benefits, legal updates, and HR trends.
