**Role Summary**
We are seeking a hands-on **HR Business Partner – Operations** to support our manufacturing organization in Thailand. This role partners closely with frontline leaders and employees, working with the Lead HRBP to manage employee relations, execute HR programs, and ensure stable and compliant plant operations. The role has strong shop-floor presence and is critical to workforce engagement and operational effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned operations teams
+ Handle employee relations matters including discipline, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution
+ Coach supervisors and managers on people management, performance discussions, and attendance management
+ Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, overtime management, and manpower analysis
