Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Close to Leicester - approximately 10–15 minutes from Junction 21A of the M1 (Leicester Forest East Interchange).
Rate: £39.00 per hour FCSA Umbrella (Inside IR35) or £28.50 per hour PAYE
Duration: 12 Month Contract (Likely to Extend)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–14:00 (some flexibility available)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Fully Onsite

This role offers the opportunity to support a dedicated customer group, influence people initiatives and contribute to both operational and strategic HR activities within a growing business.
