HR Business Partner
As a HR Business Partner, you will perform as a HR strategic partner for Henkel Malaysia including commercial, supply chain, finance, and IT. You’ll be working with leadership to provide guidance and consultation on variety of topics relating to people, organization development, organization design, talent acquisition, organization change management plus managing and delivering sound HR solutions to leadership and employees at all levels. You will have opportunities to navigate through complex and diverse groups of internal customers and stakeholders who will face unique situations and have unique needs from one to another which will require appropriate level of business strategic relationship management skills to understand insightfully in order to provide value added and constructive guidance and consultation.
