Job Description
- The HR Specialist is primary responsible for giving support assistance to all the functions of the HR Department.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Conducts new hire orientation on payroll and benefits, ensuring that internal employees are aware of the payroll processing schedule and guidelines, as well as the company benefits eligibility and availment procedures.
- Setup Payroll related and contributions within the company's payroll system.
- Prepare Last pay and Separation pay computation for HR supervisor checking.
- Assist in the disbursement of Final Salary and Termination Benefits.
- Process ATM of newly hired employees and coordinate with the bank.
- Coordinate with accounting in opening and closing of payroll account.
- Check documents uploaded in the system by Recruitment such as JO, Employment Contract, PDS for payroll purposes....
