Our Group HR Controlling department is looking for an Apprentice in HR Controlling (M/F) for its headquarters, in Nanterre, France.
Halfway between finance and human resources, the HR controller collects, analyses and synthesizes information and social data that will enable the company to optimize its human resources policy and its financial costs.
Under the responsibility of our HR Group controlling manager, your missions consist of:
Monthly consolidations of headcount, labor costs, etc. and indicators of performance for human resources.
Analysis, consolidation and validation of HR data (Flash, Actual, Forecast and Budget) at Group level.
