Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in working in a fast-paced, people-focused HR role in a Senior HR Coordinator/ HR operations capacity based onsite in South West Dublin in a large HR team.
What you’ll do:
Support end-to-end recruitment: scheduling, onboarding, contracts & candidate care
Manage employee records, HR systems & compliance with precision
Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and employee support
Coordinate training, engagement initiatives & HR projects
Assist with payroll, absence tracking & HR reporting
What you bring:
3+ years’ HR experience with a relevant qualification
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
EMEA experience would be an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working onsite in a busy, collaborative environment
