HR & Corporate Administration Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedHR & Corporate Administration Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Singapore employment regulations, while also supporting key corporate administration matters such as IRAS and ACRA filings, shareholding administration, and investor-related coordination. The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting business operations and enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Maintain recruitment metrics and support continuous improvement of hiring processes
