Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious HR Data Analyst to transform our people data into actionable business intelligence. In this role, you will go beyond simple reporting; you will identify patterns, predict trends, and provide the analytical backbone for our People strategy. Your work will directly influence decision-making regarding talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning, ensuring that our leadership has the insights needed to build a world-class workplace. 

You will need to:
Manage and optimize HR data sets within our HRIS ensuring data integrity, security, and regular cleansing. 

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs such as headcount and turnover

Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to identify drivers of employee engagement, attrition risk, and high performance.
