HR Data and Reporting Project Analyst
Job Description
Your role: We are seeking a Data and Reporting Project Analyst to join the HR Data & Reporting team at News UK, as we embark on an exciting Workday implementation project. This role will support our transition from legacy SAP HCM to Workday. In this 12-month hybrid project role, based at our Peterborough office with occasional travel to London, you will participate in data cleansing, mapping, and validation efforts to ensure a seamless system migration. You will collaborate closely with People Operations and the Payroll team, HRBPs/Coordinators, Subject Matter Experts/COEs and other key stakeholders.
Day to day you will:
Clean and audit legacy SAP HCM data before extraction
Map data fields from SAP HCM into Workday templates and workbooks
Document legacy reporting logic for Workday and build custom reports
Validate data loads during cutover cyc...
