The Role
The HR Manager, IBP Site in Suria, Spain is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy to enable business performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.   • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, with strong presence in operations (plant, mine, and offices).

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic and operational plans through effective workforce and people strategies.
