Job Description
Organizing activities to foster positive attitudes for employees each year.
Managing the budgeting control in operation activities and accomplishing the targets.
Conducting management reports on operation activities to maintain a database.
Conducting an employee satisfaction survey (EOS) each year and preparing a report to be analyzed for management.
Organizing CSR activities. 
Continuing to develop a business culture based on Core values in the same manner.
Performing other tasks as assigned.
