HR Executive

Addmind is a leading hospitality and lifestyle group behind some of the region’s most renowned dining, nightlife, and entertainment concepts. We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Executive to support our lifestyle concepts across all core HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality HR, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with F&B operations teams in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring an exceptional employee experience while supporting the continued growth of our brands.

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding
• Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and other employee‑related processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
