- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and recruit skilled workers, engineers, project managers, and other construction-related roles.
Partner with site managers to understand workforce needs and plan manpower accordingly.
Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper induction into construction operations and safety practices.
- Employee Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances, mediating disputes, and promoting open communication.
