Job Title: HR Generalist Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Human Resources Works Closely With: Program Managers, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Senior Leadership Location: Dundas, ON Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (12-Month Contract) Position Summary The HR Generalist is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll, benefits, WSIB, employee training, and human resources compliance functions.
The position plays a key role in supporting legislative compliance, employee development, and operational effectiveness across the organization.
Working closely with Finance, HR, and Program Managers, this role provides office-based support to group home and program staff by ensuring payroll accuracy, benefits access, and timely management of workplace injury processes.
