The HR Generalist will support comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, and HR reporting/administration
📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Managing recruitment processes
* Handling employee relations
* Assisting with OD initiatives
* Coordinating employee development & performance cycles
* Conducting new hire orientations
* Maintaining HR records & generating HR reports
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in HR
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
* Strong knowledge of Labor Law & employment equity regulations
* Strong HR administration & people management skills
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
* Strong decision-making & problem-solving abilities
