Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth assimilation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking.
