Job Description
As an HR Generalist at a 24/7 manufacturing site, you’ll be working in a unique, two‑system environment where policies and processes from different sides overlap and are continuing to evolve. Day‑to‑day, you’ll handle things like comp planning, employee increases, and managing job requisitions and postings. You’ll spend a good amount of time in Workday and SAP creating offers, pulling reports, and helping managers with various HR tasks. A big part of the role involves working with policies—updating them, cleaning them up, and helping transition company‑specific guidelines (like harassment, vacation, and other workplace policies) into the broader company framework as part of a larger change‑management effort. You’ll also be a go‑to resource for employees, answering questions about policies, benefits, and general workplace topics, all while supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
