Your tasks
Verantwortung für sämtliche operative, administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben, inklusive Recruiting, für einen zu bestimmenden Mitarbeiterkreis
Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich der Personalverwaltung (Vertragsmanagement von Eintritt bis Austritt, Zeugnisse, Rentenbescheide usw.)
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat inklusive der Ausarbeitung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
