About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People team at 5paisa Capital‘s Thane office. This is a dual-function role covering both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, offering well-rounded exposure to core HR functions in a listed BFSI organization.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and social channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet
- Draft and publish job postings across platforms
- Assist with offer rollouts and pre-joining follow-ups
- Track hiring TATs and share weekly MIS reports
