HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources function with key policy development and employee documentation. The intern will gain hands-on experience in drafting HR policies, travel guidelines, and employment contracts, while actively contributing to the growth of a fast-moving startup. This role offers the potential to be converted into a full-time position based on performance.

Assist in drafting and refining HR policies, including travel policy and workplace guidelines.

Support the preparation and review of employment contracts, internship agreements, and related documents.

Collaborate with management to ensure HR policies align with company values, culture, and compliance standards.

Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of employee files.
