HR Leader – Canada Operations Description De L'emploi 
The HR Leader- Canada Operations is a key leadership role responsible for leading HR for our Canada Operations teams. This role is End to End HR Leadership for our Manufacturing Facility in Mt. Royal manufacturing & Corporate Support Functions (Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Development, Logistics). This role will focus on developing and driving the HR strategy, managing talent, overseeing engagement, developing and maintaining site specific policies and practices, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role will also lead efforts around people development, talent pipeline, organization development and effectiveness, and change management. This role will lead a team of HR professionals and will act as a strategic business partner and member of the leadership team.
