Job Summary

The role involves managing plant HR operations, industrial relations, compliance, recruitment, and workforce engagement, ensuring smooth functioning of manpower in a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles (operators, technicians, supervisors, staff)
- Plan and maintain optimum manpower levels as per production requirements
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and budgeting
- Plant HR Operations
- Oversee attendance, shift management, payroll inputs, and leave management
- Ensure smooth HR operations for blue-collar and white-collar workforce
