The position reportsdirectly to the GM ME and functionally to Global HR.
As an HR Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a central role in shaping and implementing our personnel strategy, as well as supporting and developing our employees at our location in Dubai.
Tasks- Conducting all personnel administrative tasks, including managing employee data, payroll, creating employment contracts, bonus and supplementary agreements, reference letters, and other relevant HR documents.
