- Responsible for every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff in addition to succession planning, staff welfare, industrial relations, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide advice and support regarding industrial relations matters as well as coordinating disciplinary and grievance hearings.
