The Mission
Lead and drive HR matters across Catalite Co. Ltd. in all areas of the employee life cycle. The ideal candidate is responsible for bridging management with employees, building an employer brand, improving employee engagement, and building strategic talent resources plans.
Reporting line & Location
The HR manager will report to Managing Director . This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Main Accountabilities
Set out the company HR agenda and priorities to support business needs, in close cooperation with C-Level and Line Managers.
