Job Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
• Implement HR policies, processes, and company handbook updates.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, and HR documentation.
• Ensure labor law compliance and maintain HR records.
• Support management in creating a strong culture and organizational structure.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar.
• With minimum of 5 years experience as Managerial position
