HR Manager

As HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Manila leaders, including the Head of Support and Director, Scaled Success, combining strategic people partnering with strong operational HR leadership. As a member of the Manila Senior Leadership Team, you will proactively address complex people challenges, enable informed decision‑making, and support the delivery of ambitious business goals. Acting as the senior People leader in‑region, you will align global People initiatives with effective local execution, ensure compliance with labour laws, oversee day‑to‑day people operations, and drive continuous improvement. Through end‑to‑end delivery of people programs, workforce and performance planning, and scalable, compliant processes, you will strengthen employee engagement and foster a high‑performance culture.
