We are currently partnering with a growing, employee-owned infrastructure organization to hire an experienced HR Manager to support multiple operations across Vancouver Island.This is a hands-on, field-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and brings strong expertise in labour relations, recruitment, and leadership coaching.About the RoleAs the HR Manager, you will act as a key HR Business Partner to multiple business units, supporting employees and leaders across several sites. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent HR practices while supporting growth and operational success.You will work closely with both local leadership and a centralized HR team, balancing independence with collaboration.Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance on labour relations, including collective agreement interpretation, discipline, and employee relations matters

Lead full-cycle recruitment across field, operational, and technical roles
