The Opportunity
As the Leader of People, Brand & Culture, you play a key role in shaping both how Centennial operates internally and how we show up in the community.
On the people side, you’ll lead recruitment, employee experience, HR operations, and performance support — ensuring we attract, support, and retain great people across our office and field teams.
