HR Manager - Shared Services
Our Not for Profit client, in Dublin West, have an exciting requirement for a HR Manager for a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible to implement and sustain an effective HR services/operations model for the organization, ensuring queries and issues are resolved effectively and efficiently. They will ensure continuous process improvement, leverage data and insights to share with the business, and escalate issues as required. Hybrid working on offer with 2 days onsite and 3 days WFH.
RESPONSIBILITES REQUIRED
