Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

1. HRM, HRD, GA & Employee Relations Management

  • Oversee, manage, and deploy HRM, HRD, General Affairs, and Employee Relations policies and practices in alignment with business objectives, local regulations, and Prysmian standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the HR/GA team to ensure effective execution of HR operations and service delivery.
  • Act as a key HR representative in managing employee relations matters, including employee concerns, disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Manage labor union relationships and support constructive industrial relations practices. Experience in labor union management is an advantage.
  • 2. Payroll, Compensation, Benefits & Welfare Management

  • Manage and review payroll processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory and company requirements.
